Marc Mendelsohn has over 15 years of real estate industry experience with extensive knowledge of acquiring, investing in and disposing of real estate assets and non performing loans. Marc has directed the acquisition, development and financing of $1+ Billion of commercial and residential real estate. At Bluestone, Marc is responsible for acquisition, financing, investor relations and asset management for the company.
Marc holds an MBA in Real Estate Investment/Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a B.S. from Touro College in Accounting/Finance.
Eli Tabak is a seasoned veteran of the commercial real estate industry with more than 15 years in the business. Just prior to co-founding The Bluestone Group, Eli was a Managing Director at investment sales firm, GFI Realty Services. Over the course of his career he has successfully negotiated numerous high profile sales, as well as consulting and advising his clients during transactions.
As co-founder of The Bluestone Group, Eli oversees the sourcing, acquisition, litigation, workouts of non-performing debt, real estate acquisitions, as well as complex bankruptcy litigation and settlements.
Chief Financial Officer
Jeremy joined The Bluestone Group with a unique blend of public and private sector real estate accounting experience and knowledge. He built a strong foundation of technical real estate tax and accounting working in public accounting at PricewaterHouse Coopers LLP. Prior to joining Bluestone Jeremy worked in the accounting departments of Abacus Capital Group, a value add strategies fund, and Corigin Real Estate Group, a Private Equity real estate owner and operator. At Bluestone Jeremy is responsible for the finance and accounting departments of the firm.
Jeremy received his MBA in Accounting from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University of Maryland and Bachelor’s degree from Ner Israel College in Maryland.
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Butler has extensive international management experience and joined Bluestone at the founding to oversee its administrative and financial operations. She is responsible for banking and vendor relations and internal management.
Lisa holds a European language degree and a marketing degree from the Wits Business School in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Rosella Romano is responsible for assisting both partners with daily operations, tenant management, clerical needs and office management. Rosella graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.S in Business Administration and International Business.
